Vegan problems
This post was ispired by the lovely youtuber Kiera Rose
As a vegan I went though some ethical problems and annoying questions, so here's a list of my top 5 vegan problems.
1. When friends and family are not vegan and you have to struggle with the food they maky for you.
Let me explain. People I know usually understand what veganism is, but I can't avoid people arking if I can eat fish or cheese and the answer is NO I DON'T and I DON'T WANT TO.
2. Most of the people call vegans "maniacs" because we care about the quality of food and we read the ingriedients before buying something.
Personally it is something that freaks me out because caring about our health and about what we put in our about is not obsessive behavior, it is natural.
3. The B12 vitamin. I think the most annoying question is about vitamins. You would talk about animal right and health, but the only thing people can mention is your supposed shortage of B12.
4. Something I have to deal with is finding good avocados in the shop. In most of countries where veggies and fruit like avocados, mangos and papayas need to be imported the quality is not the best.
When I travel abroad and I eat incredibly delicious veggies and fruit is like christmas.
5. Recipes. In the last few months I discovered how easy to make and delicious are vegan recipes.
Being vegan is also eating healthy and being aware of your body and your soul. Internet is such a good source of information and new recipes to try, I recommend as a good vegan community the app VeganAmino where everyone can share tips and homemade recipes with the vegan community, incredible how useful is!
Let's try new recipes and feel comfortable with food!

I tried Juice Cleanse
I finally tried juice cleanse!
I've read a lot about it, but I've never felt ready to get into it.
Two weeks ago I decided to give it a chance.
I knew people usually do it for a period of time between 3 days to even 20 days, so I chose to try juice cleanse for 5 days.
For the first day nothing particular happened, I wasn't starving, I really didn't need any solid food and I felt like the other days.
The second day was different, I felt out of energy and tired from when I woke up in the morning to the night. At first I felt disappointed because I couldn't believe myself that weak, but then I remembered my body was trying to get rid of many toxins it needed to throw away. I just let the day pass.
When I woke up the third and the fourth day I felt incredible, energized and more productive. I went out for a run in the morning and I just worked better all day.
The fift day was the last one, so I decided to step up on the scale to see what changed and in only one week I lost 1 kg (4 pounds), which was not the reason why I tried juice cleanse, in fact I wouldn't recommend it to lose weight because (this is just how I felt about it) it was something out of my control.
In the end this is an incredible experience everyone should do to "get closer" to their bodies.
I began to recognize how my body react to different situation and how it cleans itself, it is beautiful.
Being aware of how much your body is incredible will motivate you to take better care of it.

I am a vegan smoothie lover!
I LOVE smoothies, they are nutritious,
delicious and colorful.
Today I'm sharing with you two of my
favorite summer smoothies and one of my vegan ice cream recipes.
1.
Ingredients:
- Frozen bananas
- Carots
- Apricots
- Peaches
This smoothie is fresh and sweet.
It is perfect for a busy day or
physical activities.
2.
Ingredients:
- Frozen bananas
- Melon
- Apricots
- Peaches
This smoothie is so orange!
Personally, I consider colors a big
part of eating food. It may be childish, but I'm more attracted to
colorful food, eating a colorful meal I feel satisfied physically and
also mentally.
Colors make me happy.
Banana ice cream
Ingredients:
- Frozen bananas
- Peaches
- Cocoa powder
In addition:
- Oatmeal
- Pumpkin seeds
- Chopped flaxseeds
- Melon
It taste so delicious!
During the summer, I mostly use
peaches, melon, apricots, watermelon because in my country they are
very common and they are seasonal fruit.
It is very important to use seasonal
fruit because they are in their optimal state, ripe and full of
vitamins.
In my opinion what really matters is
being aware of where the veggie come from and how they have been
cultivated.

dealer to make sure you know it*
